Job Description:

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning and driving a portfolio of countries within the Global Payroll expansion team, while also supporting the growth and efficiency of the organization. In addition to the core responsibilities of a Product Manager, the Senior Product Manager provides mentorship and coaching to Junior and Product Managers, manages more complex projects, and demonstrates greater autonomy in decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead more complex or high-impact projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to Junior Product Managers and Product Managers
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps that are visible and well-communicated internally and externally
  • Partner with Solution Design on feasibility and ensure requirements are translated into clear deliverables
  • Prioritize backlog items for design and engineering teams, providing clear direction and context
  • Conduct backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure alignment on scope and timelines
  • Take ownership of internal and external product roadmaps, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Manage advanced stakeholder communications with senior leaders, executives, and cross-regional stakeholders
  • Act as a key escalation point for country-specific or cross-functional challenges
