Job Description

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for identifying and executing on our biggest, most cross-cutting product bets at SpotHero. In this role, you'll lead Product Management for the Operator Panel Squad, owning the strategy and roadmap for the tools that power the supply side of our marketplace. While focused on a single product area, you will also work across the organization to tackle our most complex marketplace challenges and explore net-new opportunities. You will be the architect of long-term product strategy, driving innovation that solves the 'last quarter mile' of mobility while ensuring our marketplace flywheel remains balanced and scalable.

  • Drive 3-5 Year Strategy: Lead the development of long-term product visions that moves SpotHero’s current offerings into new and exciting places
  • Product Growth and Expansion: With an understanding of the company’s competitive position, balance continued growth in areas with proven product-market fit while identifying and developing new product opportunities
  • Lead High Visibility Initiatives: Own high-risk, high-reward 'Strategic Bets' that require deep cross-functional coordination, such as major partner integrations or transformative marketplace shifts
  • New Product Innovation: Facilitate discovery for unmet market opportunities
  • Influence Without Authority: Serve as a peer-coach to fellow PMs, helping to level up the organization’s overall product craft, documentation standards, and discovery methodologies
  • Executive Evangelism: Act as the primary product voice for your product offerings and expanding adjacencies, translating complex technical roadmaps into clear business impact stories

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful marketplace or B2B products
  • Expert-level experimentation skills: Deep experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely), product analytics (Mixpanel, Looker), and behavioral research
  • Deep analytical skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode)
  • Technical Depth: Familiarity with APIs, machine learning models, and complex system architectures (e.g., migrating from monoliths to microservices)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • MBA or technical background preferred
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills: Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment within a tech company
  • Experience leading complex product integrations or platform migrations is a plus
