Job Responsibility

  • Own all accounting and financial reporting projects supporting Private Credit service delivery, including the evaluation and adoption of new features as relevant
  • Lead delivery of operations and business support technology for Private Credit establishing clear prioritization frameworks based on expected impact and business value
  • Partner closely with client delivery organizations to identify key operational challenges and develop technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and service quality
  • Define and document target capabilities and requirements related to Private Credit operations delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with other product leads across Private Credit as well as delivery product leads, to ensure consistent and seamless client experiences for multi-asset strategies
  • Drive the definition and implementation of an opinionated target operations support model for Private Credit enabling measurable transitions to Centers of Excellence (COE)
  • Identify, design, and scope new automations and capabilities, understanding root causes of delivery challenges and developing solutions that address them effectively
  • Establish and track clear success metrics to measure product impact across quality, efficiency, and team adoption, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience or deep operational experience in Private Credit with a proven track record of successfully adopting and driving new technologies to improve business outcomes
  • Deep fluency in real estate and infrastructure markets and data, including understanding of asset characteristics, valuation methodologies, and industry-specific operational requirements
  • Solid understanding of AI and intelligent agents, enabling productive and strategic conversations with technical leaders to identify and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile product delivery methodologies, with the ability to operate effectively in iterative development environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with proven ability to build consensus, drive alignment, and deliver results within complex matrixed organizational structures across multiple teams and geographies
