Do you thrive on creating innovative, customer-centric products? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new travel insurance propositions. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about innovation, understands market trends, and wants to shape the future of travel insurance. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging with Insurtechs and external partners, and launching products that meet evolving customer needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and deliver the new product strategy for Travel Insurance
  • Identify and develop new propositions that meet customer needs and business goals
  • Lead market scanning and engagement with Insurtech and adjacent markets
  • Build robust business cases and financial models to support product proposals
  • Lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. IT, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Underwriting) and external partners to bring products to market
  • Use customer research, market insights, and data analysis to guide product development
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data
  • Represent Travel Product in innovation forums and external industry events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product development within insurance or financial services
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric design and digital journeys
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in launching new products and managing end-to-end delivery
  • Ability to build and maintain external partnerships

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel insurance or adjacent markets
  • Exposure to Insurtech or innovation ecosystems
  • Experience in managing small teams or mentoring junior colleagues
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and budget management
