Job Description

Atlassian is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the Multi-Product Onboarding. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and execution of onboarding experiences across Atlassian's suite of products. Onboarding will allow us to tailor the customer’s product experience based on who they are and their job-to-be-done, thereby reducing time to value, building habitual use, and driving paid seat expansion.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Multi-Product Onboarding
  • develop tailored onboarding experiences that reduce time to value, foster habitual use, and drive purchase and paid seat expansion
  • work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences
  • establish and track key metrics for Onboarding and Engaged Instances measure success and inform future strategies
  • lead the conceptualization of multi-product onboarding workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
  • bonus points with prior PLG/self-serve onboarding experience
  • strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
