Job Description:

This is a high-impact, execution-oriented role critical to driving commercial growth and revenue performance for our business. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of implementing the company’s pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies, working directly to operationalise high-priority initiatives that are backed at the CEO and executive level. You will lead the execution of major pricing and packaging transformations, including plan optimisations, hybrid, location-based models, and legacy pricing migrations. Your primary focus will be delivering these programs on schedule, with quality, and with measurable impact on key business outcomes such as Net Dollar Retention (NDR), ARPU/ACV expansion, and conversion metrics. This role requires a product-centric leader who can partner effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams to drive strategy into measurable results, refine implementation details for operational readiness, and communicate progress and impact to senior leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Implementation of Commercial Strategy: Take full end-to-end ownership of operationalizing and executing the defined pricing, packaging, and commercial frameworks, including plan redesigns, model transitions (e.g., hybrid, location-based), and managing price changes on legacy products
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Finance/FP&A, and GTM teams to define implementation requirements, incorporate user and business needs into engineering backlogs, track execution, and forecast financial impacts of changes
  • Design and Lead Pricing Experiments: Build and lead rigorous experimentation plans (pilot tests, A/B tests) to validate strategic assumptions, define success criteria, measure outcomes, and support evidence-based refinement of pricing models
  • Ensure Adoption and Commercial Readiness: Coordinate rollout plans, manage go-to-market sequencing, and ensure effective adoption and compliance of updated structures by Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams through enablement, documentation, and pricing guardrails
  • Provide Commercial Intelligence and Communication: Track competitive pricing, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategy, while synthesizing complex pricing information into concise briefs for executive and senior leadership communication

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in product management, monetization, or pricing strategy within SaaS/technology
  • Proven execution experience in pricing experiments and commercial model implementation
  • Strong analytical capabilities (data interpretation, scenario modeling
  • SQL a plus)
  • Demonstrated success working effectively across Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, Finance, and GTM teams
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS pricing strategies (including hybrid and usage-based models)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives to successful execution
What we offer:
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities
  • Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns
  • Encouragement of involvement in the community, open source work, attending talks and events, and experimenting with new technologies
  • In-house Culinary Crew serving up daily breakfast, lunch and snacks
  • Wellbeing initiatives such as subsidised fitness programs, EAP services and generous parental leave policy
  • Table tennis, board games, gym sessions, book club, and pet-friendly offices
  • Equity for every full-time team member
