Mirakl has launched a unique innovative solution on the market, which aims to bring together all the players in the marketplace ecosystem: Mirakl Connect. As part of Mirakl Connect, we want to simplify the lives of the Sellers in their daily activities, by offering them a Central Hub to develop their business and handle their operational activities (Catalog, Orders, Customer Messaging...), whilst leveraging the latest technological breakthrough in the AI space. To further develop this product, we are looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for designing & building the product, driving its adoption and its success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design new features and evolutions of Mirakl Connect
  • Manage, maintain and prioritize the functional backlog for a development squad of developers
  • Ensure the squad is working efficiently on the highest priority topics and delivering value incrementally
  • Perform and maintain market and product analysis
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to imagine new intelligent features and integrate them into the product
  • Work closely with all Mirakl stakeholders (Sales, Support, Customer Success...) to drive the company's goals
  • Collaborate with the Product Design team to design new features or enhance existing ones
  • Collaborate with the engineering manager to evaluate the technical impacts of the backlog stories
  • Collaborate with developers, quality analysts and technical writers throughout the life cycle of each user story
  • Maintain/be aware of the impact of the stories on the user experience
  • Identify technology partners that can bring value to our customers and co-construct integration scenarios

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B ecommerce
  • Experience on feed management, catalog management or multichannel management systems
  • Passionate about e-commerce and AI
  • Familiar with Seller management
  • Familiar with an agile development method (SCRUM, Kanban...)
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Knowledge of good UX/UI practices and ability to justify and enforce them
  • Comfortable with data analysis (database, BI tools...)
  • Experience specifying integrations via batch and API
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in French is required
