Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Food & Groceries delivery vertical, who will drive the strategy and execution of Merchant Integrations, enabling merchants to seamlessly operate on Bolt through enterprise and middleware solutions, and will work closely with cross-functional partners to define the product vision, own the roadmap and priorities, and build scalable solutions that support merchant growth while ensuring a high-quality selection and experience for millions of eaters across our platform every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Defining the product strategy and roadmap for your domain, aligning product initiatives with user needs and broader business objectives
  • Designing and running experiments together with analytics partners to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch
  • Prioritising features and improvements based on customer insights, data analysis, and marketplace needs
  • Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure success, identifying opportunities, and continuously improving the product
  • Leading core product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful products in a similar domain
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) along with experience in utilizing product management tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication in the English language and collaboration skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

Experience with B2B integrations / API platforms/developer tools, and working with enterprise partners and integration ecosystems
