Each week, millions of customers use our app to discover and order from a wide range of restaurants. Orders are fulfilled by courier partners operating across different cities, environments, and conditions. Our goal is to build a platform that supports the needs of customers, couriers, and restaurants, while enabling efficient and reliable order delivery at scale. In this role, you will work on balancing the needs of all sides of the marketplace, making informed trade-offs based on data, context, and business priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Designing and running experiments with analytics partners to inform product decisions and positioning
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch
  • Prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and data insights
  • Defining, tracking, and using key product metrics to evaluate performance and guide iteration
  • Leading product development processes and acting as the main point of contact for product-related topics, including stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Previous experience working in Operations or Strategy in marketplace companies, or directly working on marketplace balancing or pricing products as a product manager
  • Track record of launching and scaling products in a similar domain, driving meaningful business outcomes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Solid understanding of product development practices and tools, and work effectively within iterative, cross-functional environments
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What we offer

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
