As Senior Product Manager (Live Ops), you will play a pivotal role in Pocket Champs' future by spearheading our overall LiveOps strategy and driving the successful execution of regular live events, promotions, and content updates. Working closely with the rest of the game team, you will aim to define and execute a plan for our live operations that maximizes player satisfaction while boosting engagement, retention, and monetization. Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute live operations strategy, ensuring a continuous stream of engaging content, events, and promotions that enhance player experience and business performance
  • Plan, schedule, and manage live events, from conceptualization to execution, making the most of the content developed by our teams and ensuring smooth deployment and performance tracking
  • Refine our game economy & monetization, finding opportunities to improve our ads/purchasing experiences, ensuring a strong value proposition on our content, and driving long-term revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our game design, marketing, and data teams to optimize & experiment with event designs - balancing variety, fun, and engagement with business objectives
  • Analyze and monitor game KPIs to measure the impact of live ops initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and iterating based on data insights
  • Leverage A/B testing and player segmentation, tailoring our live ops strategy to different audience segments, and maximizing effectiveness
  • Ensure operational excellence by continuously improving tools, workflows, and processes to streamline live operations execution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Product management or Live Ops within a mobile gaming environment
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure & interpret data and make thoughtful data-informed decisions
  • Project management expertise, strong market knowledge, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative and iterative mindset, working effectively with cross-department teams, especially in areas of game design, data, user acquisition, and the game management team
  • Extensive experience using live ops tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and AB testing tools
  • Passion for mobile games, crafting high-quality player experiences, and bringing smiles to millions
