Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager, KYC to own and scale FrankieOne’s largest and most critical product line. KYC sits at the core of FrankieOne’s platform, powering onboarding for some of the largest banks, fintechs, and crypto companies globally. In Australia alone, nearly 60% of the population has been verified through FrankieOne, and our platform supports onboarding across 180+ countries. This is not a typical PM role. You will operate with full ownership, autonomy, and accountability, responsible not just for the roadmap, but for the commercial success, unit economics, and performance of the KYC product. You will lead a dedicated squad and work directly with some of the most sophisticated customers globally, solving complex problems at the intersection of compliance, fraud, and user experience. We are building in an AI-native way. Product Managers at FrankieOne don’t write static PRDs. They work directly with engineering and design using spec-driven development, leveraging tools like Claude Code to build, iterate, and ship rapidly. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating at that frontier.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-end product ownership
  • Define and execute the KYC product strategy and roadmap
  • Own product performance, unit economics, and P&L
  • Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term product success
  • Lead a cross-functional squad with strong autonomy and accountability
  • Set direction, prioritisation, and execution standards
  • Move quickly from idea to production with minimal friction
  • Own and improve key metrics, pass rates, conversion, fraud, and drop-off
  • Work deeply with data to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Deliver measurable improvements across global markets
  • Work directly with tier 1 banks, fintechs, and global platforms
  • Solve complex onboarding and compliance challenges across jurisdictions
  • Support high-value deals through product insight and solutioning
  • Operate in a spec-driven development model
  • Write and maintain product specs directly in Claude Code
  • Build MVPs rapidly and iterate in production alongside engineering
  • Maintain structured, LLM-readable product context and documentation
  • Contribute to foundational initiatives such as FrankieOne’s MCP server
  • Ensure KYC capabilities are modular, configurable, and globally scalable

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a top-performing Product Manager in fintech, identity, fraud, or high-scale B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of KYC, onboarding, identity verification, or risk systems
  • Strong technical fluency, comfortable working with APIs, data systems, and complex architectures
  • Highly analytical, able to operate deeply in data and drive decisions through metrics
  • Strong commercial instinct, comfortable owning product-level outcomes and trade-offs
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and complex implementations
  • Ability to operate autonomously, with high ownership and accountability
  • AI-native mindset
  • Comfortable moving away from traditional PRDs into spec-driven development
  • Experience, or strong willingness, to build using tools like Claude Code
  • Able to maintain structured product context in formats usable by LLMs
  • Bias towards building, iterating, and learning quickly
  • High agency, takes ownership without waiting for direction
  • Strong product judgment, knows what matters and what doesn’t
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast
  • Low ego, high standards, and deeply outcome-focused

Nice to have:

  • Experience in orchestration platforms or multi-vendor ecosystems
  • Background in global compliance or regulated environments
  • Previous engineering experience or very strong technical depth
  • Experience in AI-driven products or internal tooling
