This is a high-visibility position requiring significant customer interaction, strategic thinking, tactical execution, and the ability to drive results across multiple stakeholders.

  • Review, research, and prioritize customer feature requests and synthesize common themes to identify product opportunities
  • Drive roadmap alignment with core product development teams and identify how planned features benefit international and enterprise segments
  • Execute on high priority feature development for specific customer solutions
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure the go-to-market team clearly understands roadmap implications for their segments
  • Collaborate with product colleagues to identify common needs with other customer segments

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B enterprise product management roles
  • relevant entrepreneurship or strategic solution consulting experience will also be considered
  • International perspective driven by meaningful professional or life experience outside the US
  • Flexibility to take occasional off-hour calls to span stakeholders in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and face-to-face time with go-to-market colleagues
  • Strong technical and product acumen to define both strategic vision and detailed feature requirements
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with senior-level stakeholders in large enterprises
  • Excellent internal communication and influencing skills to advocate effectively
  • Ability to independently create professional presentations, roadmaps, and documentation
  • Aptitude to quickly learn the dynamics of new markets

What we offer

  • We offer Gongsters a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs
  • Wellbeing Fund - flexible wellness stipend to support a healthy lifestyle
  • Mental Health benefits with covered therapy and coaching
  • 401(k) program to help you invest in your future
  • Education & learning stipend for personal growth and development
  • Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend
  • Paid parental leave to support you and your family
  • Company-wide recharge days each quarter
  • Work from home stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment
