Dandy is heavily investing in expanding our Implants product line. In this role, you will help deliver end-to-end best in class product experiences in both physical and digital domains that will contribute to our ambitious goal of achieving >50% market share for Implant. You will collaborate directly with engineering, dental design experts, operations, product marketing, and other departments to help implement innovative features and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market. You'll be responsible for executing on key components of the product strategy while developing a holistic understanding of the product lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Product Strategy & Execution by owning key end-to-end physical and digital launches, aligning expectations across workflows, and building features that directly support achieving >50% market share
  • Accelerate Market Share Through GTM & Revenue Strategy, ensuring every initiative ladders up to implant domination goals while improving adoption, retention, and expansion within the implants customer base
  • Champion Customer Obsession by transforming feedback, usage data, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations, serving as the voice of customer advocacy, and ensuring product improvements reflect real user needs
  • Lead Insight-Driven Product Development by integrating qualitative/quantitative research into strategy, requirements, and roadmaps, and clearly communicating success measures across PM, engineering, design, and leadership
  • Deeply Partner Cross-Functionally across engineering, design, ops, manufacturing, ML/AI, and robotics—translating complex requirements into actionable plans while advancing technology to accelerate the removables product lifecycle
  • Measure & Optimize Performance by defining, tracking, and reporting metrics that reflect product quality, user satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and progress toward market share targets

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product management, strategy, and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, materials science or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently while supporting broader team goals
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for user experience and customer-centric product development
