UltaHost is a rapidly growing web hosting company providing global VPS, dedicated, shared, and cloud solutions. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Hosting & Infrastructure) to lead the strategy and execution of our core hosting services. You will own the product roadmap across infrastructure offerings, manage cross-functional coordination, and drive features that improve reliability, performance, and customer experience. This role is critical for scaling our infrastructure platforms, launching new services, and improving customer control through automation and platform innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full product lifecycle for shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and infrastructure automation
Lead roadmap planning, delivery, and communication with development, operations, and support teams
Define feature specs, success metrics, and release strategies for core hosting services
Evaluate infrastructure performance and user pain points to drive backend improvements
Partner with Data Center, DevOps, and Engineering teams to ensure availability and scalability
Oversee WHMCS platform updates, control panel integrations, and server provisioning logic
Define requirements for billing, performance monitoring, and network configuration tools
Drive feedback collection, competitor benchmarking, and infrastructure innovation
Coordinate testing, documentation, and post-launch support for new releases
Communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders across departments
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in web hosting or SaaS infrastructure
Deep understanding of hosting technologies (VPS, shared, dedicated, cloud, Proxmox, VMware, cPanel)
Experience working with DevOps, infrastructure teams, and technical operations
Strong skills in writing product requirements and user stories
Ability to manage competing priorities across large-scale infrastructure
Familiarity with WHMCS, control panel APIs, and server automation systems
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Technical background or certifications in networking, Linux systems, or cloud platforms
Familiarity with Ceph, Proxmox, Ansible, or hosting security solutions
Experience launching new server locations or working with data center partners
Understanding of IPv6, IP reputation, and abuse workflows
Knowledge of customer dashboard design and hosting UI/UX improvement strategies
