Job Description

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our Growth & Monetization team. This is a data-driven, cross-functional role focused on driving sustainable, product-led growth across the Fivetran platform. You will lead high-impact, strategic initiatives that scale across multiple products and surface areas, and combine analytical and technical fluency to guide data-informed decisions.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and evolve the growth product roadmap across the Fivetran platform
  • Be an expert in experimentation from hypothesis development and test design to interpreting results and scaling what works
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve user onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Partner with teams on core initiatives that unblock growth across the platform
  • Gather and use data to uncover friction points and propose high-impact experiments or product changes
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, experimentation velocity, and decision-making
  • Deep-dive in Fivetran products regularly to build user empathy and find opportunities to optimize
  • Understand B2B SaaS marketing and sales motions to drive cross-functional success
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, customer-facing teams, and other PMs to launch enhancements and experiments
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven product experiences where appropriate
  • Stay current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to product-led growth and SaaS monetization
  • Present your work and align priorities with stakeholders across the company, including senior leadership and executives
  • Communicate outcomes clearly, sharing both wins and learnings to guide future strategy

Requirements

  • 4+ years of growth product management or equivalent data-driven growth role
  • Hands-on analytical skillset with ability to independently dig into data and use product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Heap, Hex, Sigma, SQL)
  • Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation best practices
  • Proven success working across multiple products or surface areas
  • Comfortable collaborating closely and asynchronously with engineers, designers, data scientists, and go-to-market teams
  • Willingness to go deep in technical products and build empathy for technical users
  • Excellent cross-functional communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate material business impact
  • Curiosity and adaptability in learning emerging AI capabilities
