As Senior Product Manager Geo‑data Digitalization, you will shape and build the next generation of workflow applications and data pipelines that connect planning, data acquisition, processing and customer delivery. You create scalable digital capabilities that improve speed, quality and consistency of geotechnical data delivery across Fugro’s global operations, working closely with domain experts, operations, sales, engineering and other product managers to turn user needs into measurable business value. The role goes beyond process definition: you will drive the design, build and implementation of workflow applications, data pipelines and digital products that automate critical steps in the delivery chain. Looking ahead, you will help shape a future in which workflows are increasingly autonomous and AI-enabled, improving lead times, quality, efficiency and customer experience.
Job Responsibility
You define the business and technology vision for your workflows in collaboration with domain experts, business stakeholders and engineering
You lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to build, implementation, optimisation and run
You map current global workflows, identify fragmentation and bottlenecks, and design scalable target workflows, applications and data pipelines
You validate business assumptions, workflow designs and technical solution concepts before major build investments
You guide delivery teams in building and implementing workflow applications, integrations and data pipelines
You create a continuous discovery and improvement process that prioritises enhancements and automation opportunities
You drive adoption of workflows and digital products across regions with clear rollout and change‑management plans
You ensure alignment with third‑party vendors and internal platform teams to meet Fugro’s architectural and delivery ambitions
Requirements
You have experience in product management for integrated digital products, workflow applications or data‑intensive platforms
You bring 10 years of experience in similar senior product roles
You can define business value and manage value versus cost over time
You lead products through the full lifecycle—from discovery and build to global adoption and scale
You manage key stakeholders and drive organisational change effectively
You demonstrate a track record of taking products from ideation to successful adoption
You understand geotechnical investigations, data flows and customer delivery processes (a strong advantage)
What we offer
A gross monthly salary between €7700 and €9200, depending on your relevant experience
