Groupon is reinventing into Groupon Mine — a deeply personalized marketplace where every user sees a different Groupon, fully adapted to their intent, interests, and journey. This is one of Groupon’s flagship strategic bets, directly sponsored at the C-level. We’re looking for a world-class Senior Product Manager for Personalized UX to bring it to life.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-end personalization ownership across Groupon surfaces
  • define strategies to collect and leverage user behavior, interest, and intent signals
  • prototype first, scale later
  • define and evolve flexible UX modules that adapt dynamically
  • define and execute the vision for AI-driven search, filtering, and recommendations
  • design and run A/B tests
  • work closely with ML engineers, infra, analysts and marketing
  • define KPIs, track uplift in conversion, engagement, retention
  • be the advocate for the personalized experience inside Groupon

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in product management
  • at least 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer apps focused on personalization and adaptive UX
  • hands-on experience with modern prototyping and no-code/low-code tools (Figma Make, Lovable)
  • track record of validating ideas fast and iterating based on data
  • passion for designing adaptive, personalized, and delightful customer experiences
  • solid grasp of how personalization engines, APIs, and AI models integrate into UX
  • skilled in setting up experiments, interpreting results, and optimizing for CVR, GP/UV, and retention
