Job Responsibility

  • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end – from discovery through to delivery and iteration
  • Define and drive product strategy for our acquiring and payment acceptance capabilities
  • Identify high-impact opportunities through data, customer insights, and market trends
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business (Finance, Legal, GTM, Support) to ensure alignment and successful launches
  • Translate complex financial and technical requirements into clear product direction
  • Drive measurable outcomes – adoption, revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Navigate regulatory and compliance considerations in a pragmatic, scalable way

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments, acquiring, or payment processing environment
  • Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle – authorization, clearing, settlement and the roles of schemes, issues, and acquirers
  • Experience working with or within acquiring, PSP, or merchant services businesses
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of complex problem spaces
  • Data-driven mindset – comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure success
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – you can influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first thinking with a bias for action and delivery

Nice to have

  • Experience with embedded finance or platform-based products
  • Familiarity with global payments infrastructure, compliance, or financial regulations
  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment
  • Exposure to AI-driven product development
