Acorns is seeking a Senior Product Manager to architect an AI-first financial planning experience. In this role, you will build a hybrid solution where cutting-edge AI, elegant digital interfaces, and human-centric advice converge. You will own the strategy for delivering personalized, proactive, and compliant guidance at scale, ensuring every customer has a clear path to financial wellness.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the financial planning roadmap at Acorns, architecting intuitive, AI-powered experiences that deliver financial education, proactive guidance, and regulated advice to our customers
  • Design the integration between AI guidance, digital tools, and human experiences to create a seamless journey across all touchpoints
  • Lead the development of a robust financial planning engine that is "compliant by design"
  • Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into the scalable logic that powers our AI-first advice experiences
  • Lead a cross-functional pod of engineering, design, and data science through a rigorous, iterative agile rhythm
  • Translate complex roadmaps into high-quality software with precision
  • Design and execute robust experiment plans, using A/B testing and behavioral data to iterate toward the most effective advice logic

Requirements

  • 8+ years of PM experience, with a track record of scaling complex products in fintech, wealth management, or AI-driven consumer platforms
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, advice delivery, and the regulatory landscape
  • Experience with the mechanics of financial engineering
  • Proven experience building products powered by machine learning or LLMs, specifically focused on personalization and proactive engagement
