At NetBox Labs, our mission is to make it easier to build and manage complex networks. As a product company, we do that by developing innovative software for network professionals delivered on-premises and in the cloud. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, On-Prem to own the end-to-end experience of NetBox Enterprise, our self-hosted offering for customers operating in complex and regulated environments. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Cloud and Core Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure enterprise customers can deploy, operate, and scale NetBox reliably in their own infrastructure. This role is ideal for a seasoned product manager who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and is motivated by solving deeply technical problems that directly impact customer success, adoption, and revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Own the NetBox Enterprise product experience end-to-end
Serve as the voice of enterprise customers
Engage directly with existing and prospective enterprise customers
Partner closely with the Enterprise Engineering team
Collaborate with Cloud and Core Product Managers
Contribute to Enterprise packaging and pricing strategy
Get hands-on with NetBox products to refine features, validate releases, and directly engage with customer issues and feedback
Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption and revenue
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in product management roles within B2B enterprise software
3+ years in a high-growth startup environment
Proven experience building and scaling enterprise or on-prem software, preferably in regulated industries
Strong track record of owning products across the full lifecycle
Deep understanding of the operational realities of self-hosted software
Strong business instincts with a clear understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, adoption, and customer value
Technical depth to engage credibly with engineering teams and enterprise customers
Excellent communication and influence skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
Nice to have:
Experience working with open source software projects and communities
Background in networking, infrastructure, or large-scale IT systems
Product management experience with infrastructure, platform, or other deeply technical software products
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, or container-based deployment models
Hands-on experience as a network engineer, DevOps engineer, or software engineer
