Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Model Platform (EMP) Training. Job Responsibility:

  • Championing the User: Serve as the voice of the user to turn pain points into meaningful UX improvements. Manage a user communication strategy derived from ongoing surveys and feedback gathering. Fully own the user journey from onboarding to progression
  • Driving Platform Excellence: Enhance platform efficiency and performance by creating robust user analytics dashboards, managing intake requests, and partnering with tech teams on compliance and modernization efforts
  • Strategic Execution: Work across the platform with product and tech leadership to shape a roadmap that centers the user experience, promotes a well-governed platform, integrates with the converging ecosystem of products, all while pushing the envelope on new AI-driven capabilities

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

  • Experience leading product management for enterprise platforms, MLOps, data science, or internal developer tools
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
  • Industry recognized professional certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, SAFe Product Management, AWS Security, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect)
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
