Job Responsibility:

  • Lead design, development, and innovation of loyalty member experiences across Marriott.com
  • Partner with key product, design and engineering leaders to define and manage the web loyalty roadmap
  • Lead a cross-functional agile product team to activate against the web loyalty roadmap
  • Manage communication across the broader organization for all aspects of the roadmap that pertain to loyalty experiences
  • Develop and execute data-driven and user-centric product strategies
  • Understand customer needs, balance user value with business value, and prioritize in a complex environment

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Digital Product Management experience
  • 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional agile teams
  • 3+ years of experience setting up, using and maintaining Jira dashboards and working in an agile delivery organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively in a matrix-managed environment
  • Entrepreneurial, startup attitude in a big company setting
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-obsessed mindset
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification

  • Product experience leading or managing agile teams within large organizations
