ResMed is accelerating its Digital Transformation journey, and we are looking for a sharp, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Global Distribution Product Tech team. This high-impact role will drive initiatives at the intersection of technology, operations, and business transformation, including the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP, supply chain digitization, and future-state distribution platform modernization. You will operate as a change agent and strategic thought partner, capable of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with data-driven decision-making, exceptional workflow design skills, and business process innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Shape and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned with global supply chain and distribution goals
Act as a key influencer in driving the Oracle Fusion ERP program to deliver robust, future-ready solutions tailored to the evolving needs of Global Distribution, Logistics, and Trade
Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities based on impact, readiness, and ROI
Collaborate with global leaders to ensure technology solutions support business agility, scalability, and compliance
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery for complex initiatives
Develop future-state business process workflows, operating models, and digital capabilities
Partner with cross functional teams to map As-Is and To-Be flows that streamline handoffs and enhance visibility
Ensure that all product solutions support global scalability and localization needs
Leverage SQL, dashboards, and data modeling to inform prioritization and validate business impact
Conduct root cause analysis and identify performance gaps across supply chain and distribution workflows
Build strong narratives backed by data for leadership communication and business case development
Support cross-functional delivery teams (IT, QA, Ops, Compliance, Finance, etc) throughout the SDLC
Own documentation of epics, features, and business requirements
ensure traceability to value outcomes
Drive execution in hybrid environments (Agile sprints + stage-gated governance)
Actively participate in sprint planning, demos, and UAT coordination
Mentor junior Business Analysts and Product team members in effective stakeholder engagement, documentation, and discovery practices
Cultivate a culture of structured thinking, systems mindset, and continuous improvement
Act as a go-to subject matter expert for strategic initiatives within the Distribution & Supply Chain space
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in Digital transformation, Business Process Innovation or Product management
Deep understanding of Supply chain, Distribution and Fulfillment operations
Proven experience leading large scale enterprise-wide technology implementations (Oracle Fusion strongly preferred)
Outstanding workflow/process design skills using Visio, Miro, etc.
Strong data orientation, with comfort using SQL or reporting tools to validate outcomes and guide decisions
Excellent communicator — clear, concise, and confident when engaging executives and frontline teams
Nice to have:
Prior experience managing transformation projects in highly regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
Prior experience supporting global deployments or change initiatives
Experienced in tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Objective
