This role involves defining the next-gen paradigm for human-AI interaction, gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI for Pro tools, and playing a direct role in our global expansion.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end SOTA experience of our desktop application by designing and iterating AI-powered workflows that drive engagement, retention, and NPS
  • Work deeply within online meeting workflows to identify user pain points and deliver impactful, innovative solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain leadership in UX quality and interaction depth through data-driven improvement
  • Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, QA, and Marketing to deliver high-quality products efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer internet products
  • Proven experience in note-taking, document, or productivity tools, owning core modules and delivering complex workflows with engineering teams
  • Strong empathy for professional users and efficiency-driven workflows, able to drive innovation through user insights, data, and competitive analysis
  • Strong product design and UX mindset, skilled at applying AI tools throughout the product design process to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and iteration quality
