Job Description

Fivetran is building the next generation of data platforms designed to power all the future analytics, automation, and AI use cases. As a Product Manager on the Census team at Fivetran, you'll be working closely with the Census founders, as well as the design and engineering teams to dramatically expand the ambition and scope of Fivetran, and redefine how modern businesses operate with data. You’ll be working directly with both the Census and Fivetran teams to incorporate Census’s reverse ETL product capabilities into Fivetran’s industry leading data platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Take ambiguous and technical customer feedback and help the team distill into product direction
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, product marketing and more to ensure a successful product experience gets delivered to users, and improved on over time
  • Communicate product direction internally to sales, marketing, as well as externally to customers in sales conversations and in our community
  • Work closely with founders and leadership to set the product strategy for Census and Fivetran, as well as the wider data ecosystem

Requirements

  • Proven history of delivering highly successful and innovative software products related to data and/or data infrastructure
  • Demonstrated understanding of data/operations personas
  • Experience with managing a multifaceted product roadmap
  • Experience collaborating directly with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and execute on bold product vision
  • Strong written and verbal communication to influence and drive strategy internally
