Job Description

The Senior Product Manager - Data & Integrations will own the strategic vision and execution of data products, datasets, and integration capabilities across Private Credit portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Product – Private Credit. This role is responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class data solutions that meet evolving client needs and market expectations. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new data sources to establishing robust data models, quality standards, and governance frameworks. This position requires deep collaboration with engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure data integrity, traceability, and scalability while advancing integration strategies including API development and third-party system connectivity. This role demands a forward-thinking approach to emerging trends such as tokenization and AI-driven analytics, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data innovation in alternative investments.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Private Credit datasets and analytic capabilities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client needs
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new data sources, defining comprehensive data models, quality standards, and governance frameworks in partnership with engineering and business teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management or data engineering experience, with a strong track record of delivering data products and integration solutions in complex, enterprise environments
  • Deep fluency in Private Credit markets, including comprehensive understanding of asset class-specific data syntax, structures, and industry standards
  • Proven people leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams of various seniorities, technical backgrounds, and functional expertise
  • Demonstrated experience developing and evolving client-facing data dictionaries, including defining data taxonomies, metadata standards, and documentation that enable client self-service and adoption
