Job Description

We're looking for an innovative and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our growing team to build intelligent and intuitive AI-powered products for Courier Operations. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Forecasting, Scheduling and Ops Teams and sit at the intersection of product, business, technology, and user experience, translating complex data capabilities into tangible product features that deliver measurable value to our users and drive business outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Roadmap: Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven solutions, define and prioritize the roadmap based on user needs, feasibility, and business value
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Drive the discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch, post-launch learnings and continuous improvement of your product area
  • Deeply Understand User Needs: Conduct extensive user research with our couriers, operational teams, and HR stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to drive impact and innovate
  • Define Clear Requirements: Translate business goals and user insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams
  • Leverage Data: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area using data to inform decisions and measure success
  • Ensure Seamless Integrations: Work closely with other Product Managers within the domain to ensure the solutions integrate flawlessly and provide accurate data
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, data science, operations, HR teams to deliver robust and impactful solutions
  • Drive Value: Utilize data and user feedback to measure product success and plan iterations, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management focused on ML/AI or data-intensive products
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions
  • User-centric mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify user needs and translate them into impactful solutions
  • Proven ability to co-lead a cross-functional team and collaborate effectively with engineering, data, product and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and concisely
  • Comfort with ambiguity and to navigate complex problem spaces and cross-functional dependencies

Nice to have

Experience in the B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or logistics/operational environment is a plus
