Job Description:

Senior Product Manager role focusing on the edge server market, a rapidly expanding segment of the technology industry. The role involves processing data closer to its source to enable real-time analytics, lower latency, faster decision-making, and lower bandwidth costs. This role would primarily pick up and extend the existing HPE Edgeline portfolio of products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for a product
  • Defines the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring one or more innovative and disruptive products to market
  • Synthesizes market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge
  • Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle
  • Creates goal alignment and collaborates across value chain partners to optimize margins and enable success of product per plans across the product lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or another STEM field
  • MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering highly valued
  • 4+ years of work experience in related field
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and lead teams to achieve results
  • Demonstrated skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis
  • Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
