Job Description:

Senior Product Manager, Cloud Software Defined Networking (SDN). Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. The Cloud Enablement Product team sits at the heart of our Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) organization with a mission to help Capital One thrive on and with the public cloud. We are on a journey to ensure data privacy, operational excellence, and strategic growth for a well-managed and governed cloud.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Cloud Software Defined Network (abstracted network management) to enable secure application connectivity of and around the public cloud for Capital One applications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
