Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Billing & Subscriptions to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of myPOS’s billing and subscription platform - working across multiple teams to deliver scalable capabilities that support subscriptions, rentals, pricing modules, and tariff management. This role is for a product leader who can: go broad, driving platform strategy and multi-team delivery, go deep, into system behaviour, workflows, and edge cases, scale solutions across multiple European markets with different commercial and regulatory needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the billing & subscriptions platform, aligned with company growth goals
  • Lead complex initiatives end-to-end across multiple teams (discovery → delivery → rollout → iteration)
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria
  • manage dependencies and trade-offs
  • Own billing and subscription lifecycle flows including activation, renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations, refunds, invoicing, collections, and dispute scenarios
  • Improve the billing experience for both merchants and internal teams (support, operations, finance, sales)
  • Enable flexible platform capabilities for pricing modules and tariff management, in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams
  • Ensure the platform can scale across multiple European markets while meeting local regulatory and invoicing requirements
  • Use data and feedback to prioritize improvements and reduce friction across the billing/subscription journey

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, telecom, marketplaces, or platform products
  • Proven track record owning complex, cross-functional products end-to-end, including roadmap, execution, delivery, and iteration
  • Experience driving outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders - not just within a single squad
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort owning platform capabilities (not only UI features)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex domains and make sound product decisions without being a subject-matter expert
  • Comfortable working in multi-market environments with regulatory, operational, or commercial constraints
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
