Job Description:

This is a career-making opportunity to own Gamma's B2B product roadmap end to end. You'll define and ship features that drive business adoption and expansion, from workplace integrations to admin controls to API capabilities. You'll balance the needs of SMBs and enterprise customers while maintaining the consumer-grade experience Gamma is known for. You'll serve as the standard-bearer for customer interactions, trusted by leadership to stand at the front of any room or sit at the head of any table.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the B2B product roadmap end to end, defining and shipping features that drive business adoption and expansion
  • Lead discovery and sequencing of workplace integrations like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce, plus API capabilities for business use cases
  • Serve as the standard-bearer for high-quality customer interactions, trusted by founders and leadership to represent Gamma in any setting
  • Balance the needs of SMB and enterprise customers while maintaining Gamma's consumer-grade product experience
  • Work hands-on with engineers to ship complex, scalable systems that meet business needs around security, permissions, and enterprise requirements
  • Define success metrics and drive toward ambitious goals for revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • at least 3+ years focused on B2B product-led growth SaaS or AI go-to-market motions
  • technical fluency to discuss complex tradeoffs with senior backend engineers, particularly around security, scalability, and integrations
  • strong quantitative analysis skills and self-starter approach to analysis
  • experience working with top-tier designers to ship complex, polished user experiences that work for both end users and admins
