This role owns the vision, strategy, and execution of B2B workflows and experiences that enable teams to collaborate effectively, operate at scale, and realise value from our product across their organisation. You will focus on how multi-user, multi-role teams use our product day to day, and how those workflows support adoption, efficiency, and growth. You’ll be a key part of our B2B Product organisation within Growth Product, whose mission is to attract, retain, and expand enterprise and business customers by delivering scalable, intuitive, and organisation-ready product experiences. You’ll report to the SVP of Product, Growth, and work closely with a highly talented group of engineering, design, finance, marketing, and commercial partners to drive meaningful change. This is a hands-on role with significant scope to influence both the product and the business.
Job Responsibility:
Define, own, and evolve the vision and strategy for B2B workflows and experiences, ensuring our product is fit for purpose for teams and organisations while supporting customer and business goals
Build and maintain deep relationships with B2B customers and internal partners (Sales, Customer Success) to understand real-world team workflows and translate those needs into clear product direction
Expertly communicate with internal stakeholders to make sure we are building the right things, tracking success metrics, and communicating developments
Collaborate with technical peers in the daily operations to ensure delivery by also keeping an eye on capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth to empower the team
Requirements:
5+ years of Product Management experience, in B2B SaaS products
Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems, balancing customer needs with scalable, long-term product thinking
Experience designing multi-user, multi-role workflows and products that serve teams and enterprise customers
Strong ownership and decision-making skills, including setting priorities, making trade-offs, and being accountable for workflow outcomes
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design and Sales
Data-driven and outcome-oriented, with experience defining success metrics, tracking adoption, and iterating based on insights
The ability to lead in complex and uncertain environments and thrive when you drive change and create structure
