Job Description:

GoodLeap's B2B Core Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive contractor growth and retention while ensuring operational efficiency. This 1 to n role focuses on scoping, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact product enhancements that improve scalability, reliability, and contractor experience. With thousands of contractors already using GoodLeap’s industry-leading platform, this role will have the opportunity to make an immediate, widespread impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Sales/BD, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Capital Markets, Engineering, Data, and Design teams
  • Help develop and prioritize product features based on user feedback, competitive benchmarking, data analysis, and business goals
  • Drive innovation by designing intelligent, AI-driven automations that reduce manual workflows, improve decision quality, and enhance contractor experience
  • Maintain clear product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics to scale the B2B business
  • Support other Core Platform initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years as Senior Product Manager
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to set direction and make trade-offs with incomplete information

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with financial products or Fintech POS lending systems
  • Experience in the Home Improvement or Residential Solar industry
  • Experience delivering automation or AI-powered features (OCR, ML decision systems, LLM-based products, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging AI to increase your own execution velocity and delivery quality
