Senior Product Manager, Asset Intelligence (ML/AI)

• Lead product development for ML-powered predictive maintenance or similar use cases, collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to build and ship production-ready solutions
• Design intuitive UX that turns model insights into clear, actionable decisions for Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Managers and frontline Technicians
• Build scalable, generalizable products that deliver predictive value across a diverse customer base
• Define product strategy and drive the execution of cross-functional teams
• Translate complex, ambiguous user needs into product opportunities grounded in data and user research
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams to launch impactful capabilities and drive adoption
• Inspire and align your cross-functional team around a shared vision, roadmap, and success metrics

• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record shipping ML/AI-driven products, ideally in B2B or industrial settings
• Has led cross-functional teams including Data Science, ML Engineering, and UX from concept to delivery
• Translates technical model outputs into intuitive product features and insights for non-technical users
• Brings an ML platform mindset to design reusable capabilities that scale across a broad product surface
• Has built and shipped ML-driven products that scale across customers and use cases
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing MVP speed with long-term thinking
• Communicates clearly and builds trust across levels and disciplines - from execs to frontline users
• Understands and builds for hands-on, industrial users
