Job Responsibility:

  • Own and drive the vision, strategy and priorities of Solaris’ “Customer Vetting and fraud detection” products and define its value proposition together with the other product people involved in the Identity & AFC product group
  • In charge of keeping the backlog prioritized, transparent to all stakeholders and well understood by the development team so they can deliver effectively
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including account management, compliance, technology and customer support teams, to ensure a seamless and compliant integration of fraud prevention and detection processes into the overall business operations
  • Have a strong data-driven mindset and know how to facilitate data in order to take product decisions
  • Up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies and act as an internal expert for fraud prevention

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar profession and have knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Existing knowledge in the area of KYC or financial crime prevention is a big plus
  • Experienced in managing the entire lifecycle of highly technical products from feature development through maintenance to retirement
  • Enjoy managing a large group of stakeholders and their product requirements, while you think and decide data driven and KPI-based
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
