The Microsoft ES365 Engineering Systems team builds and operates the foundational engineering systems that enable thousands of engineers across Office, Substrate, and affiliated services in the broader Experience and Devices (E+D) organizations to ship secure, compliant, and trustworthy products at scale. We are hiring Senior and Principal Product Managers (Multiple Positions) to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered and agentic solutions that modernize how engineers meet evolving security, regulatory, and compliance requirements, while materially improving developer experience, automation, and efficiency at scale. In this role, you will work at the intersection of frontier AI, engineering systems, and security fundamentals, reimaging how intelligent automation can reduce toil and elevate engineering productivity. You will partner closely with engineering, research, data science, and service fundamental teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality solutions that are broadly adopted and trusted. These roles are ideal for experienced product leaders who thrive in high ambiguous problem space, operate with significant autonomy, and drive impact through deep technical judgement and cross-org influence. Successful candidates will be effective at collaborating across geographies and cultures, using clear communication, structured execution, and stakeholder alignment to drive outcomes at scale.
