Senior Product Manager - AI

As a Senior Product Manager in the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud group, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for providing a next generation Connected Data Environment for global infrastructure engineering projects. Your role is crucial in enhancing the productivity of users of our software through the integration of cutting-edge technology, digital twin capabilities, and improving the overall user experience. You will have a pivotal role in defining the AI strategy and roadmap, defining business cases and monetization schemes for AI solutions. You will actively collaborate within the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud team and with other Bentley product organizations like our Open Applications and platform teams. Success in this role means driving AI adoption, listening to users’ needs and worries about AI, leading cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative features that meet the needs of our users, and making sure their data and IP are safeguarded. We are seeking someone who has previous experience in managing software products and a demonstrated history of creating and implementing successful strategies. We require someone who is excited by new technologies and is knowledgeable about AI, especially about generative AI, copilots and assistants, LLMs and LLM evaluation (LLMOps), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent-to-agent communication in multi-agent workflows. Your role requires finding a balance between strategic planning and agile iteration. You are enthusiastic, have a growth mindset, and are comfortable working with empowered product teams.
