Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI to operate inside a fast-paced, AI-first product pod built for speed, experimentation, and real-world impact. This is not a traditional requirements-driven PM role. It is a hands-on, iterative role for a product manager who works close to engineers, thinks in experiments, and ships continuously. You will operate in a small, empowered pod (PM, Engineer, Designer) and be accountable for turning AI capabilities into shipped, measured, and iterated customer value. Success in this role is defined by learning velocity, product outcomes, and production impact. This role is ideal for a strong PM who is already AI-curious or AI-capable and wants to grow into a truly AI-native product leader.

Job Responsibility

  • Own a dedicated AI-focused product pod, shipping customer value through rapid, continuous delivery in production environments
  • Lead tight build → measure → learn loops, prioritizing speed, evidence, and iteration over perfection or long planning cycles
  • Work day-to-day with engineers, making real-time tradeoff decisions across scope, quality, speed, and learning without heavy process overhead
  • Identify and validate high-impact opportunities where applied AI can materially improve customer workflows, efficiency, or outcomes
  • Translate ambiguous AI capabilities (e.g., models, prompts, automation, agents) into clear user value propositions, product hypotheses, and measurable success metrics
  • Partner closely with engineering to shape technically feasible, production-ready AI solutions, rather than research-only or platform-only initiatives
  • Define success metrics and baselines before work begins and ensure features are instrumented from day one
  • Use usage data, qualitative feedback, and operational signals to actively decide when to iterate, expand, pause, or stop initiatives
  • Conduct lightweight, continuous customer discovery (calls, usability tests, workflow reviews) to validate direction and inform iteration
  • Communicate learnings, progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders with minimal documentation and process overhead
  • Align pod outcomes to broader company strategy while protecting pod autonomy, focus, and delivery speed
  • Contribute to evolving our AI-first product practices, including experimentation patterns, metrics, and pod operating norms, with a focus on shipping and learning in live customer environments

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of SaaS product management experience
  • At least 3 years leading strategic or high-scale initiatives
  • Proven success operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
  • Strong experience with Agile and modern product discovery/delivery practices
  • Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and use data to drive decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain tradeoffs, risks, and learnings to executives
  • Experience contributing to AI-powered features or platforms
  • Background working in small, autonomous teams or startup-like environments
  • Comfortable shipping MVPs, running experiments, and iterating based on real-world usage
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha!, Pendo, analytics platforms, and customer feedback systems
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • advanced degree preferred but not required
