Job Description

Senior Product Manager at SpotHero: The Senior Product Manager, Acquisition is responsible for identifying and executing on the highest-leverage opportunities to bring new drivers to SpotHero. You'll own the acquisition roadmap end-to-end across our top-of-funnel, going deep on the levers that turn first impressions into a first booking. While the charter is acquisition, the canvas is every place a driver could discover SpotHero before they've ever heard of us. Expect to ideate expansively across SEO/AEO, landing pages, and search funnel experiences to give drivers everything they need to make a purchase decision. This role also works across partner distribution channels through white label or co-branded landing pages, widgets, and anywhere else we can hand partners a way to list SpotHero parking on their own site. You’ll bring all of these touchpoints together into a single strategy to grow new users on SpotHero.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive 3-5 Year Strategy: Lead the development of long-term product visions that moves SpotHero’s current offerings into new and exciting places
  • Product Growth and Expansion: With an understanding of the company’s competitive position, balance continued growth in areas with proven product-market fit while identifying and developing new product opportunities
  • Lead High Visibility Initiatives: Own high-risk, high-reward Strategic Bets that require deep cross-functional coordination, such as major partner integrations or transformative marketplace shifts
  • New Product Innovation: Facilitate discovery for unmet market opportunities. You will lead the high growth phase of existing and new products, validating hypotheses through rapid prototyping and experimentation before transitioning them to dedicated squads
  • Influence Without Authority: Serve as a peer-coach to fellow PMs, helping to level up the organization’s overall product craft, documentation standards, and discovery methodologies
  • Executive Evangelism: Act as the primary product voice for your product offerings and expanding adjacencies, translating complex technical roadmaps into clear business impact stories

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling success on the consumer side of a marketplace or ecommerce product
  • Hands-on experience shipping and iterating on landing page and search funnels, with a strong grasp of technical SEO (site architecture, schema, performance)
  • Expert-level experimentation skills: Deep experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely), product analytics (Mixpanel, Looker), and behavioral research
  • Deep analytical skills: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode) or SQL
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable working with APIs and complex system architectures, and — most importantly — knows how to partner effectively with data science teams to scope, ship, and measure ML-powered features
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • MBA or technical background preferred
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment within a tech company
  • Prior experience with SEO, conversion funnel optimization, and growth levers in a consumer marketplace or ecommerce setting is a strong plus
