Job Responsibility:

  • Lead design and delivery of AI-powered features that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience across large-scale distributed systems
  • Define and own project scope and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term strategy
  • Lead design and delivery of scalable, high-performance distributed systems, driving technical excellence and innovation
  • Partner across teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals, influence decisions, and remove blockers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or related discipline
  • Proven ability to define scope, drive execution, and deliver complex technical projects
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies
