Job Responsibility

  • Lead design and delivery of AI-powered features that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience across large-scale distributed systems
  • Define and own project scope and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term strategy
  • Lead design and delivery of scalable, high-performance distributed systems, driving technical excellence and innovation
  • Partner across teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals, influence decisions, and remove blockers

Requirements

  • Computer science degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of practical experience in Product management OR Software development / technical program management practical experience
  • 2+ years working on large‑scale, cross‑team initiatives requiring collaboration across engineering, design, and partner teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
  • Experience building or supporting cloud‑based, distributed services
  • Strong data‑driven decision making for prioritization and outcomes (customer impact, adoption, risk reduction)
  • Demonstrated experience working on security products, platforms, or problem spaces, Pre/Post breach
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies
