Job Responsibility:
Define and drive product vision and strategy across a full stack of collaborators—from customers to engineers and researchers
Own the product strategy for LLM model fine tuning and supporting multilingual speech LLM in alignment with customer and business needs
Engage with Indian customers by working closely with the field team to gather insights, address customer needs, and ensure our product offerings align with market demands
Partner closely with engineering to prioritize the roadmap, deliver high-impact features, and solve complex problems with clarity and creativity
Champion product quality and AI excellence, ensuring our services are responsible, reliable, and delightful to use
Keep stakeholders aligned and informed, fostering confidence and clarity across internal teams and leadership

Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical IT work experience is required
5+ years of working experience on AI product management
Ability to demonstrate understanding of computer science fundamentals that affect code implementation and customer experience
Great communication, inter-personal, and cross group collaboration skills
the ability to build and deliver effective presentations
Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers, leaders, partners and customers
The aptitude to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
from end users to senior management/executives
Display skills in planning and project management
Demonstrated ability in discerning and addressing relevant challenges to delivery
Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively
Highly analytical - ability to understand business metrics, customer and market trends
