Job Description

As a Product Leader (Data & AI), you will bridge the gap between abstract data strategy and commercial impact by owning the roadmap for scalable analytics products across TEG. Your mission is to drive fan engagement and revenue uplift through reusable, high-value solutions. Over the first six months, you will spearhead the delivery of internal and client-facing platforms—partnering with stakeholders to define feature sets, socialize roadmaps with leadership, and embed a product-led mindset that turns data into tangible business value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience driven product success in fields of Data Science, Advanced Analytics or AI
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics and AI products that generate clear commercial ROI
  • Ability to provide strategic direction to internal teams and external clients, translating complex data capabilities into actionable business features
  • Strong command of product management frameworks (Agile, MoSCoW, RACI) and a disciplined approach to governance and delivery
  • Strong understanding of the data and AI platform ecosystem, including data platforms, adtech, martech, and CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning engineering concepts
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in environments that fuse product, technology, data, and design practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for executive stakeholders
