On behalf of our client, a leading national retailer dedicated to revolutionizing customer engagement through digital innovation, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Social Platforms. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on building the technology ecosystem that powers one-on-one social relationships between the brand, its associates, and its community. Our client is looking for a visionary leader to bridge the gap between Marketing and Technology, developing scalable platforms for Influencer, Affiliate, and Local Social channels within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis to define the long-term vision for our client's social product suite
  • Own the product lifecycle by stack-ranking initiatives across all channels to ensure the delivery of maximum business value
  • Partner with Engineering and Marketing teams to build integrated solutions that enhance customer trust and drive business growth
  • Define and monitor success via adoption rates and ROI for Influencer, Affiliate, and store-level engagement platforms
  • Manage the adoption of emerging AI technologies to optimize the technology ecosystem and social storytelling capabilities
  • Document detailed requirements and analyze product data to inform development cycles and business acceptance criteria
  • Navigate a matrixed organizational structure to align competing priorities and ensure privacy and legal compliance for all social products

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, with a focus on social commerce, digital marketing, or customer engagement platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, iterative development, and crafting strategic user stories
  • A deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, specifically creator platforms, affiliate marketing, and influencer management tools
  • Strong ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable product priorities and measurable KPIs
