On behalf of our client, a leading national retailer dedicated to revolutionizing customer engagement through digital innovation, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Social Platforms. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on building the technology ecosystem that powers one-on-one social relationships between the brand, its associates, and its community. Our client is looking for a visionary leader to bridge the gap between Marketing and Technology, developing scalable platforms for Influencer, Affiliate, and Local Social channels within a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Job Responsibility:
Identify market opportunities through competitive analysis to define the long-term vision for our client's social product suite
Own the product lifecycle by stack-ranking initiatives across all channels to ensure the delivery of maximum business value
Partner with Engineering and Marketing teams to build integrated solutions that enhance customer trust and drive business growth
Define and monitor success via adoption rates and ROI for Influencer, Affiliate, and store-level engagement platforms
Manage the adoption of emerging AI technologies to optimize the technology ecosystem and social storytelling capabilities
Document detailed requirements and analyze product data to inform development cycles and business acceptance criteria
Navigate a matrixed organizational structure to align competing priorities and ensure privacy and legal compliance for all social products
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, with a focus on social commerce, digital marketing, or customer engagement platforms
Bachelor’s degree is required
an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, iterative development, and crafting strategic user stories
A deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, specifically creator platforms, affiliate marketing, and influencer management tools
Strong ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable product priorities and measurable KPIs
Exceptional ability to convey technical roadmaps to non-technical business stakeholders and vice versa
A documented history of successfully launching platform-based products in a large-scale, complex corporate environment
