Job Description

Senior Product Manager role focused on product-led growth strategies to drive activation, adoption, automation, and ongoing engagement across the platform. The position involves partnering with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market stakeholders to define strategy and deliver impactful product experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Own product-led growth strategy with a focus on activation, adoption, automation, and ongoing engagement
  • Define and drive key metrics for adoption, activation, retention, and product engagement
  • Lead agile product development cycles by driving sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centric features and workflows
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that span product, GTM, and customer success
  • Design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis)
  • Build and refine automation-driven solutions that enable seamless customer self-service
  • Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with company vision, revenue strategy, and customer outcomes
  • Mentor and guide other product managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience with demonstrated success in product management and growth-focused roles
  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • At least 3+ years in a senior PM or leadership role
  • Proven success in product-led growth environments with direct ownership of adoption, activation, and engagement metrics
  • Experience leading teams in mature product organizations
  • Strong track record of execution
  • Deep understanding of growth levers such as onboarding, funnel optimization, lifecycle automation, and product-driven expansion
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
