As a Senior Product Manager for Marketing Intelligence & Performance, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making at scale — empowering IKEA teams to make smarter choices, optimize investments, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is central to driving our commercial agenda, supporting growth, and increasing visitation through actionable insights and marketing optimization.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Product Management, ideally in a Product Manager role
At least 5 years of leadership experience in best-practice digital product development
Strong product mindset paired with high empathy for big data
Proven track record of creating and owning product vision, strategy, and OKRs
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
Demonstrated ability to engage with engineers, data analysts, designers, and peers
Expertise in the MarTech landscape and SaaS solutions with a solid understanding of marketing campaign performance analysis and Marketing Return on Invest (MROI)
Passion for emerging trends and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation
