Job Description

Senior Product Manager to take a leading role within our Cloud Platform Engineering group, focusing on our Internal Developer Platform. You will own internal and external-facing services, infrastructure, and SaaS products end-to-end — from strategy and architecture to execution and adoption. You will drive mission-critical initiatives at the heart of JFrog’s Cloud infrastructure and business, influencing vision, operational scale, and platform reliability. This role offers high visibility, strong strategic influence, and direct collaboration with executives, Fortune 100 customers, engineering, finance, information systems, GTM, and business stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • User Research & Discovery: Engaging with developers to understand workflows and frustrations
  • Product Strategy: Defining the roadmap and scope for the platform services
  • Adoption Focus: Shifting from "build it and they will come" to active marketing and internal user engagement to ensure the platform is actually used
  • Technical Understanding: Collaborating with platform engineering to build scalable, automated, and secure infrastructure
  • Measuring Impact: Using metrics and KPIs to gauge the platform’s impact on velocity and developer happiness
  • Build relationships: Foster trust and alignment across internal and external stakeholders to bring your vision to life

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership over complex, business-critical systems
  • Strong technical background – experience in software engineering, R&D, cloud architecture or deep technical product leadership
  • Proven experience in building and scaling large SaaS services and products
  • Ability to work with numerous stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive execution under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, business, and executive levels
  • Hands-on experience with project management for large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working in high-growth, global SaaS companies
