Helping our property managers automate routine communications with guests and staff, reduce manual workload, and ensure every interaction is tracked and delivered, even during peak demand. As a Senior Product Manager, Communications, you will drive the evolution of a system designed for scale and precision, you will expand AI-powered intelligent automation and analytics capabilities that quietly drive efficiency—helping customers control costs, minimize errors, and deliver consistently fast, high-quality guest experiences. You will understand the exact needs and communication pain points of our customers and are able to work with design, engineering and your peers on building intuitive solutions that solve real user problems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure every release delivers tangible improvements in speed, accuracy, and operational clarity. Your decisions will be grounded in real customer workflows and data, always with an eye toward measurable impact.
