Job Description:

Senior Product Manager role to lead strategy, execution, and governance of cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud. This leadership position requires deep technical fluency and exceptional cross-functional influence to drive long-term product vision while ensuring delivery excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the strategy, execution, and governance of cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud
Own complex, multi-team backlogs
Partner with Distinguished Engineers
Serve as a trusted bridge between various multi-disciplinary teams
Lead backlog strategy across multiple product lines
Define and drive the roadmap for cloud-native services
Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop transformative product strategies
Ensure organizational execution excellence
Systematize customer and stakeholder feedback loops
Ensure services meet security, compliance, and enterprise standards
Mentor and coach other product managers

Requirements:

10+ years in product management
At least 5 years in cloud-native or infrastructure product domains
Substantial technical fluency in cloud platforms, networking, and modern DevOps practices
Strong customer empathy with proven ability to validate outcomes at scale
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Cloud provider expertise across one or more AWS, Azure, GCP, and Private Cloud
Proven experience delivering enterprise services across multiple providers
Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and outcomes across the end-to-end product lifecycle
Track record of simplifying complex programs into clear backlogs
Background in navigating enterprise risk, compliance, and approval frameworks
Skilled at balancing speed-to-market with security and regulatory obligations
Demonstrated ability to work with Distinguished Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
Strong track record of building alignment in highly matrixed environments
Experience with infrastructure automation, AI/ML adoption, or DevOps practices
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

Familiarity with tooling like Terraform, Spacelift, or GitHub Actions
5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations)
Masters or MBA preferred
