Microsoft Teams is at the forefront of transforming collaboration. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development of the next-generation platform for agents on Microsoft Teams. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a critical component of Teams’ ecosystem that empowers developers to build intelligent, scalable agents—ranging from AI-powered assistants to automated task agents, uniquely positioned to work in Teams collaboration surfaces. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and partner teams to deliver new AI driven extensibility solutions that enhance the depth of the Teams experience for millions of users and developer partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop a compelling vision and comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Microsoft’s broader collaboration strategies
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design, build, and launch scalable solutions accelerate the creation and deployment of agents
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-organizational teams, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure product quality, scalability, and alignment with Microsoft’s architectural standards
  • Drive alignment between teams on critical initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between business, technical, and partner organizations
  • Advocate for developers by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and translating these into actionable improvements and defining new Platform capabilities
  • Champion best practices and foster a community around the use of Microsoft Teams as a platform for building intelligent agents, including providing thought leadership in developer experiences
  • Establish key performance metrics and success criteria, monitor and optimize success with platform capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience

  • 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market
  • 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market
  • 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, conversational interfaces etc.
  • Proven ability to innovate and drive change in fast-paced, dynamic environments
